These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProveMeWrong mobile application ("App") operated by CelestiBless Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProveMeWrong is an accountability and productivity application that uses AI-powered coaching to help users overcome procrastination. The App provides features including task management, AI-generated coach dialogue, deadline tracking, voice alarms, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App by providing a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App offers a 3-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the App.
Subscription options include monthly ($3.99/month) and annual ($29.99/year) plans. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions for In-App Purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. Free Trial

New users are eligible for one free trial per subscription group.
The free trial provides full access to all App features for 3 days.
At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Apple will notify you before your trial converts to a paid subscription.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate coach dialogue and task breakdowns. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful.
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
The coach personas (Brandon and Irene) are fictional characters. Their dialogue is intentionally provocative and uses aggressive or sarcastic language as a motivational tool. This content is not intended to cause harm or distress.
If you find the AI-generated content distressing, please discontinue use of the App and contact a qualified professional.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App's systems or servers.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.
Share your account credentials with others.
Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content as task descriptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, coach character designs, audio files, and all related intellectual property, is owned by CelestiBless Co., Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App, including task descriptions and subtasks.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the App's services, including sending it to third-party AI services for coach dialogue generation.
We do not claim ownership of your user content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.
The App will help you overcome procrastination or achieve any specific outcome.
AI-generated content will be appropriate, accurate, or helpful in all circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CELESTIBLESS CO., LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or inability to use the App.
Any content generated by the AI coaching system.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Any third-party conduct or content on or related to the App.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page within the App. Upon deletion:

All your personal data, tasks, subtasks, and progress records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Active subscriptions will not be automatically cancelled. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID account settings before deleting your account.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
