CelestiBless Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ProveMeWrong mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account Information: Email address used for account registration and authentication.
Profile Information: Nickname you choose for your personalized coaching experience.
Task Data: Tasks, subtasks, deadlines, and completion records you create within the App.
Preferences: Your selected AI coach personality (Brandon or Irene).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: Device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: App interaction data including feature usage, session duration, and navigation patterns.
Crash and Performance Data: Diagnostic data to help us identify and fix issues.
Subscription Information: Purchase history, subscription status, and billing period managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect location data.
We do not collect contacts or address book information.
We do not collect photos, camera, or microphone data.
We do not collect health or fitness data.
We do not collect financial information such as credit card numbers (all payments are processed by Apple).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
Personalize your AI coaching experience, including generating coach dialogue tailored to your tasks and progress.
Send push notifications for deadline reminders and coach messages (with your permission).
Process and manage your subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Track task completion and generate progress statistics within the App.
Diagnose technical problems and improve App performance.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate personalized coach dialogue. When generating this content:

Your task descriptions and subtasks are sent to Anthropic's API to generate relevant coaching responses.
Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use your data to train their models when accessed via their API.
AI-generated responses are not stored by Anthropic after processing.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5.3 Business Transfers

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Subscription and transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You can view your personal data within the App at any time.
Correction: You can update your nickname and other profile information within the App.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page within the App. Upon deletion, all your tasks, subtasks, progress data, and account information will be permanently removed.
Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device's Settings.
Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store's subscription management page.

For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For residents of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

10. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications to remind you of upcoming deadlines and to deliver coach messages. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings. Please note that disabling notifications may significantly reduce the effectiveness of the App's accountability features.

11. Subscription and Payments

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, bank account details, etc.). Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID account settings. For details on our subscription terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
